If you need to see a doctor for a routine visit, please plan ahead.

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Ask for a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) at least one day before your visit.
  • How to Get It: Log into your Allcare Dashboard to file the request.
  • Check the List: Make sure your doctor or clinic is on the "iCare Accredited" list before you go.

3. Your Online Tools

You can find everything you need on your phone. Log into your Allcare Dashboard to:

  • See Your Virtual Card: Use this if you do not have your plastic card.
  • File Requests: Ask for help or forms quickly.
  • Get Support: Email the support team if you have questions about what is covered.
