Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you’ll architect and implement backend systems that support our e-commerce platform, internal tools, and digital integrations. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure our applications are performant, secure, and reliable.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for performance and scalability
• Integrate and query data from SuiteQL (NetSuite) and PostgreSQL
• Implement secure authentication and authorization with Auth0 and EntraID
• Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless API integration
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure, or AWS
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using DataDog and CloudWatch
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong skills in Node.js and Express.js
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
• Familiarity with SuiteQL or NetSuite integration (a plus)
• Solid understanding of authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration in remote teams
• Experience with SOQL (Salesforce)
• Basic understanding of React or React Native
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog
