We’re hiring an Operations & Procurement Analyst to support inventory forecasting, demand planning, procurement strategy, and space optimization across our product lifecycle. This role is critical in driving clarity, alignment, and performance across supply chain operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and our executive team to support smarter business decisions through data and logic.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Inventory & Demand Forecasting
    • Build and maintain SKU-level forecasting models across custom and stock product lines using historical trends, seasonality, and sales velocity
    • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align forecasts with promotional and launch calendars
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify trends or deviations that require intervention
  • Procurement Planning & Optimization
    • Analyze PO timing, vendor performance, and production capacity to build efficient procurement schedules
    • Support raw material and finished goods planning to ensure timely deliveries without overstock
    • Identify risk in vendor lead times, supply disruption, or excess cost and provide mitigation recommendations
  • Warehouse & Space Allocation Strategy
    • Model inbound inventory projections by month and quarter
    • Recommend allocation of warehouse space based on seasonality, inventory turns, and product velocity
    • Support expansion or consolidation planning based on growth projections and storage needs
  • Shipping & Receiving Analysis
    • Track and analyze inbound freight costs and delivery timelines
    • Highlight cost reduction opportunities in shipping methods, consolidation strategies, or port selection
    • Partner with Receiving team to plan incoming inventory and coordinate receiving capacity by week
  • Business Analysis & Reporting
    • Build dashboards and tools to track product-level performance, inventory turns, open POs, and warehouse utilization
    • Create and maintain standard operating reports for leadership, procurement, and planning teams
    • Develop what-if scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, inventory planning, or business analysis, ideally in apparel or CPG
  • Expert-level Excel skills: complex formulas, lookup logic, pivot tables, index/match, data modeling, scenario planning
  • Strong understanding of data structures, planning models, and cross-functional logic
  • Proven business judgment—can balance analytics with operational reality
  • Experience working in or around manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain logistics
  • NetSuite and SQL knowledge preferred
