We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations / Order Processing Specialist to support our sales and order management functions. This remote role is responsible for, but not limited to, creating sales orders and quotes, applying purchase orders, completing rotating nightly payment reports, and efficiently working from system queues to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Create and process sales orders and quotes accurately in internal systems
  • Apply and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Send art approvals with customers and trouble shoot with internal teams
  • Complete rotating nightly payment reports according to assigned schedule
  • Monitor and manage assigned work queues, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Verify order details including pricing, quantities, artwork, and delivery requirements
  • Communicate with sales, finance, customer service, and production teams to resolveissues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM/ERP systems
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and data accuracy

What You'll Need

  • Experience working in Excel on a Medium to High Level expertise
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in order processing, sales support, or operations
  • Ability to manage deadlines, including rotating night reporting responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven productivity working independently in a remote environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Experience working in Outlook, NetSuite, Salesforce, One Drive
  • Experience working from queues in a high-volume environment
  • Prior experience supporting sales or customer operations teams
