We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform and related financial systems. This role includes user administration, security management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and lead process enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Provide ticket support pertaining to SF, FF, including advanced support and troubleshooting of specific processes, partnering with outside resources as needed.
  • Manage configuration, maintenance, user administration, security, permissions, workflows and processes in Salesforce, and other financial systems as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate reviews and approvals are performed when system and access changes are completed.
  • Document and outline workflows and procedure changes using company methods.
  • Initiate opportunities of improvement in SF utilization, including reporting and team functions, while working with business users and leadership teams.
  • Partnering with business leaders on areas of trouble or inefficiency in the system, project leading use cases and other outlines for workflow, as well as assisting roll-out and training on all new areas for all of company support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business leaders to review operational procedures, assess business process needs, identify technical capabilities, and develop and configure customizable and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with various teams including Sales, Accounting, and Design to address enablement, performance, and process improvement initiatives pertaining to SF functionality.
  • Participate in maintaining documentation for process, procedure, network infrastructure, project planning, and user education/enablement, including but not limited to system requirements on an annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly basis.
  • Take active role in maintaining data integrity on an annual basis, including clean-up initiations and new requirements each year for the business model.

What You'll Need

  • Salesforce Admin Certified.
  • You have an understanding of the policies, operations, goals, metrics, and best practices
  • You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround.
  • You have a proven track record of reviewing and analyzing technical flaws and/or areas of improvement to ensure system, data, and infrastructure hygiene.
  • You are comfortable translating and communicating technical requirements both written and verbally and understand the various types of communication per team.
  • You love working cross-functionally and globally to support the broader team’s goals.
  • You’re a true problem solver with an enthusiastic & roll-up your sleeves mentality - you’re always excited by a new challenge.
  • A self-starter with a passion for data, structure, technology, and analytics.
  • Leads administration, maintenance, testing and support of our CRM platform and will provide support for other financial systems as needed.
  • You like learning new tech and get excited about data, integrations, and process improvement.
