The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, configuration, and performance of Rebel Athletic’s Salesforce platform. This role focuses on user support, ticket management, system maintenance, and data integrity to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for internal teams.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users, managing requests, resolving issues, and implementing configuration changes while partnering with the development team on more complex solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Manage and resolve incoming Salesforce requests through ticketing systems
  • Triage, prioritize, and respond to user issues and enhancement requests
  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across departments
  • Serve as the first line of support, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce components including fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions
  • Manage user setup including profiles, roles, and access controls
  • Maintain system performance and ensure stability across the platform
  • Support data management including imports, updates, deduplication, and audits
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce systems
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
  • Assist with release management including testing, deployment, and documentation of configuration changes
  • Partner with developers on enhancements requiring custom development or integrations
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system improvements
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process and workflow improvements
  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing guidance

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions
  • Experience working in a ticketing or support-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce data management including imports, exports, and data quality
  • Experience building reports and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Basic understanding of Apex or Lightning
  • Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce)
  • Experience with Celigo or similar integration tools
  • Experience in retail, apparel, or product-based environments
  • Full-time alignment with US Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Prior experience partnering with US clients or companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong emphasis on practical, hands-on application and proven project experience.
