The Salesforce Administrator & Developer is responsible for supporting and enhancing Rebel Athletic’s Salesforce platform through a hybrid role combining administration and development. This position operates in a 60/40 structure, with a primary focus on ticketing, user support, and system configuration, while also contributing to development, integrations, and technical solutions.

This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical execution, acting as the first line of support for complex issues and a key partner to the lead Salesforce developer. The position ensures system stability, improves user experience, and supports scalable platform growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Manage and resolve incoming requests through ticketing systems, including prioritization and execution of user support needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, including escalation of complex or high-impact issues
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce components including fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and access controls
  • Perform data updates, imports, and audits to ensure data integrity and system accuracy
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient system solutions
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system updates
  • Support development efforts including building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes
  • Assist with integrations including APIs, external system connectivity, and authentication protocols
  • Configure and support Connected Apps, OAuth authentication, and SSO functionality
  • Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce as needed
  • Maintain and troubleshoot system configurations including Named Credentials and Remote Site Settings
  • Write and maintain unit tests to meet Salesforce code coverage requirements
  • Serve as a backup to the lead developer, supporting development initiatives and troubleshooting system issues
  • Balance reactive support work with proactive system improvements to reduce ticket volume
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations
  • Support continuous improvement of Salesforce functionality and overall system performance

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, including business logic and integrations
  • Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and external system integrations
  • Strong understanding of authentication methods including OAuth and SSO
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and platform limits
  • Experience working in a ticketing or support-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce)
  • Experience with Celigo or similar integration platforms
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Experience in apparel, retail, or product-based environments
  • Full-time alignment with US Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Prior experience partnering with US clients or companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong emphasis on practical, hands-on application and proven project experience.
