Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer designs, builds, and maintains scalable solutions within Rebel Athletic’s Salesforce platform. This role is focused on hands-on development, including Apex, integrations, and system architecture. The position works closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable systems that support operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including HTTP callouts and external system connectivity.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce as needed.
• Configure and support Connected Apps, OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, and single sign-on.
• Implement and manage Named Credentials and Remote Site Settings to ensure secure integrations.
• Write and maintain unit tests to meet Salesforce code coverage and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Partner with the lead developer to design scalable system architecture and integration patterns.
• Support integrations across ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Optimize code and configurations to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with administrators and business teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold development best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and scalability.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations.
• Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and development standards.

What You'll Need

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP APIs within Salesforce.
• Experience consuming external APIs using HTTP callouts.
• Strong understanding of integrations, including OAuth 2.0, token-based authentication, and single sign-on.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, and platform security.
• Experience with version control and deployment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple development priorities.
• Experience with Certinia, formerly FinancialForce.
• Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Celigo, or similar integration tools.
• Background in retail, apparel, or product-based businesses.
• Full-time alignment with US Central Standard Time (CST).
• Prior experience partnering with US clients or companies is highly preferred.
• Strong emphasis on practical, hands-on application and proven project experience.
