The Technical Recruiter designs, builds, and maintains scalable talent acquisition pipelines within Montani's recruitment ecosystem. This role is focused on hands-on sourcing, screening, and evaluating technical talent, including software engineers, developers, and IT specialists. The position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate hiring requirements into reliable, efficient talent pipelines that support operational efficiency and long-term organizational growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Design and develop custom sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and developer communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technical roles, ensuring a steady stream of pre-qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and enhance candidate assessment processes, leveraging technical screening frameworks and behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Configure and support applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry, candidate tracking, and seamless compliance workflows.
  • Implement and manage standardized interview structures and candidate scorecards to ensure secure, unbiased evaluation processes.
  • Write and maintain engaging job descriptions, outreach templates, and recruitment marketing content that align with company branding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel, optimizing the candidate journey from initial touchpoint to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers and lead stakeholders to define core technical competencies and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Support international hiring operations, adapting recruitment strategies to fit specific geographic markets and cultural nuances.
  • Ensure high offer-acceptance rates, positive candidate experience, and adherence to industry best recruitment practices.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment metrics to reduce time-to-hire and improve the quality of new hires.
  • Work with leadership to translate growth projections into actionable, technical headcount solutions.
  • Participate in hiring strategy sessions, calibration meetings, and market data analysis discussions.
  • Collaborate with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
  • Contribute to regular recruitment reviews and uphold high standards for candidate engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the internal employee referral program and brand visibility within the tech community.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to existing sourcing toolsets, platforms, and evaluation software.
  • Document technical recruitment workflows, interview guidelines, and hiring manager playbooks.

What You'll Need

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically sourcing for complex IT and software engineering roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, Site-Specific searching, and data-driven market mapping.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment workflows within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience engaging passive technical talent using highly personalized, high-conversion outreach strategies.
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, including software development frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and database management.
  • Experience with technical assessment platforms and validating technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of candidate market dynamics, salary benchmarking, and competitive offer negotiation.
  • Experience with data analytics and recruitment dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple urgent hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting for ERP, Salesforce, or specialized enterprise-level software professionals.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Background in agency recruitment, RPO, or fast-growing technology-focused businesses.
  • Full-time alignment with US Central Standard Time (CST) to accommodate client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prior experience partnering with US clients, stakeholders, or international companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong emphasis on practical, hands-on application and proven project experience in filling tough technical roles.
